THE CHALLENGE

Luxury skincare brand Omorovicza is known for their clinically-proven, mineral-charged skincare from Budapest. The brand had built an extremely loyal group of customers in the US, but struggled with wider brand awareness in the market, particularly with their hard-to-pronounce name. They were also having difficulties balancing how to support their DTC channel and spa channels while also supporting key retailers like Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus.

THE SOLUTION

OGAKI set out to evolve the brand’s influencer marketing approach with a strategic mix of affiliate, organic, paid, and experiential.

We created the brand’s first-ever influencer affiliate program through ShopMy, tapping into strong converters to support the brand’s DTC sales during the key holiday season. We also began consistent product seedings focused on hero products to develop organic relationships with key influencers and makeup artists.

Activations at New York Fashion Week, an intimate holiday luncheon hosted by the brand founder, and ongoing facial appointments with the brand’s spa partners helped further spur social buzz around the brand. Finally, paid partnerships around key product launches — strategically incorporating key retailers like Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom — garnered strong reach and awareness with the brand’s target audience.

THE RESULTS

The new influencer program drove incredible results for Omorovicza, with a 4.75x ROI from the influencer affiliate program during the brand's key holiday season. With support from influencers like Amy Chang, Emese Gormley, Jennifer Fisher, Gergana Ivanova, Sai de Silva, Grace Anh, and many others, we saw a 600% increase in estimated media value (EMV) year-over-year.
