The brand was missing a dedicated strategy or team to scale creator-led affiliate and take advantage of social commerce to continue to grow. The existing creator mix also skewed too young, particularly on TikTok, producing content that wasn't resonating with the more mature, high-intent audience most likely to convert.

Restructured the affiliate strategy across ShopMy and TikTok Shop, creating a cohesive approach aligned to the brand's marketing calendar and retail priorities across DTC, TikTok Shop, and key retailers like Sephora & Nordstrom
Implemented tiered commission strategies that rewarded top performers
Shifted the creator mix towards more mature lifestyle influencers, dermatologists, and MUAs who authentically represented NUFACE's target audience
Leveraged OGAKI's existing creator relationships to quickly bring high-performing new affiliates into the program
In just three months, the new program delivered 208% growth in affiliate sales and 227% growth in affiliate orders - alongside a 6.7x ROAS.
